Victory for Union Street at the CNAs 2018

At last night’s illustrious Comms National Awards, hosted by leading industry magazine Comms Dealer, Union Street’s aBILLity software brought home the prize for ‘Best Billing Platform’. Held at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel and hosted by popular television personality Stephen Mangan, the Comms National Awards are highly prized. According to Comms Dealer, this year’s awards saw close to 200 entries submitted by over 100 companies. Judged on a variety of factors, including features and channel support services, the Best Billing Platform award represents a benchmark for quality in this specialised and extremely competitive market.

With a user base of over 3,500 communications professionals, aBILLity is used to manage over 1 billion pounds of retail billing per annum. Winning this award tops off what has been a particularly successful year for Union Street. During 2018 the company has seen growth across all areas of the business, released many innovative new features in its product set and its customer base has swelled to over 600 communication provider companies. Union Street also received recognition at June’s Comms Business Awards, scooping the award for ‘Best Independent Software Vendor’.
