Union Street WLR3 Portal

Where a CP is not using aBILLity, Union Street can provide a WLR3 provisioning portal which can be easily accessed via the web using a browser. The CP will need to go through service establishment with Openreach in the normal way and then subscribe on-line to use the Union Street gateway. Union Street offer the facility to carry out test scenarios as part of the service establishment.

Once a CP is up and running, the Union Street portal will provide a complete alternative to the old WLR Service Provider Gateway (SPG) with the added advantage of the new benefits and features of WLR3.

The Union Street portal will allow easy management of all WLR3 fulfilment and assurance.

CPs can subscribe for this service directly with Union Street, regardless of which billing platform they use, although if they are a current aBILLity user, it is strongly advised to use the WLR3 module within the platform as this would give the added benefit of a single entry point for data. aBILLity users can also use this portal in tandem with aBILLity which may be useful when providing out of hours assurance.
