Union Street provides a range of professional services to either create customised bespoke solutions or billing consultancy services. Distribution partners usually carry out installation, training and first line support for Union Street products.
WLR3 Professional Services
For many communication providers (CPs), WLR3 will represent a step change for their business. At the very least, existing processes will need to be modified just to place an order. For many it will mean a complete re-think of how services are provided starting pre-sale.
To help CPs manage this change Union Street offer a range of consultancy services, ranging from assistance with the service establishment process to creating bespoke workflows based around the CPs' specific needs.
As there is a requirement to demonstrate technical capability as part of the service establishment process, Union Street can provide a specific consultancy service to get the CP through the WLR3 testing phase. On behalf of the CP Union Street will conduct a series of pre determined testing scenarios to demonstrate compliance.
Bill Forensics
Bill Forensics is a consultancy program to assist companies in verifying if they have been correctly charged in accordance with the rates agreed with the carrier.
Using Union Street's sophisticated billing tools, we will fully analyse bills and run around 20 checks on the electronic billing data to search for invalid numbers, duplicated calls, wrong charge codes and most importantly incorrect rating. Union Street will produce an analysis report together with a credit claim so that the client can claim for any discrepancy.
Billing Audit
Union Street are able to audit a Service Provider's billing system and test it for accuracy, performance and integrity.
Software Customisation
Union Street regularly get involved with creating bespoke applications to assist clients with their billing process or provide them a competitive edge.
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
Union Street have carried out various bespoke projects to create CTI and interactive voice response (IVR) applications for clients.
