aBILLity Support Technician (Based in Richmond, Surrey)

As a result of rapid growth within the business we are looking to expand the resource and experience in our current 2nd Line Team as part of our general support function.

 

The role is pivotal to the support of our customers and will enable us to provide next level of support for the front line Support Team.

 

The market in which Union Street provides support is very niche and will require a Technical aptitude that will adapt to the software and customer base we support as well as being able to quickly learn the general Telecoms market in which we provide our service.

 

The role will be to support our Clients in an efficient manner with clear instruction and diagnosis to ensure the issue is dealt with promptly and adeptly

 

Essential Skills

 

To maintain complex client / server code, quickly identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues.

To provide coding support in VB6, VB.net, C# and C .

To read, write and run complex SQL queries.

 

Desirable Skills

 

Ability to interpret written and spoken requirements

Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure

Ability to work well within a team

Excellent communication skills

Sales Consultant / Account Manager (Midlands)

The Company is now entering an exciting phase. We seek an exceptional and versatile Account Manager to manage a group of existing accounts and develop new ones.


This is a pivotal, Account Manager / Business Development role within the company and it is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious candidate with proven Telecoms Channel Development experience and knowledge. You will be working alongside and reporting to the Sales Director.


The successful candidate will have a successful track record of Telecoms Channel Management/Development, together with proven experience in selling Telecoms products/services like Telephone Systems, VOIP, Hosted solutions and ideally Network Services, or billing. Ideal living location is within or near to the Midlands area.


You must also be a self-starter, totally self- motivated, be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be very commercially strong. You must have a full driving license as the role will involve face to face meetings with clients who may be based anywhere in the country. When not at a client meeting you will be home based. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and success orientated individual to join an established company in a key role at an exciting phase of its development.

Trainer/ Billing Consultant (Midlands)

The successful candidate will have a successful track record in this niche Telecoms Industry, we are seeking someone flexible who is able to work from home as well as travel to our customer sites to implement new installations and train our customers in the use of our software.

 

We are seeking the relevant candidate in the Midlands area to support our rapidly expanding customer base.

 

Ideal Skills
