aBILLity Billing Training
This course covers the basics of completing a bill run using aBILLity. It is ideal for new users or as a refresher. Particular focus is given to the process of the bill run. Delegates will take away detailed notes.
As a prerequisite users should have a basic understanding of telecoms resell, e.g. carriers, cdrs, tariffing etc
The course normally runs from 10:00 am to 16:00. Lunch and refreshments are provided
