Bureau Billing
Union Street offers complete flexibility in how the aBILLity billing platform is provided. Starting off you may prefer to use our bureau service with the billing platform managed for you for a commission of 2.5 percent of the monthly billing value.
Alternatively a licence for the billing platform to run on your own hardware starts from under £300 a month. We can provide all modules in the Union Street Application Suite under license on your own hardware. Alternatively we also provide a completely hosted SAAS solution, with remote access – the choice is yours!
Our bureau billing facility provides the following:
- aBILLity and WebaBILLity Pro hosted in Union Street’s private cloud hosting facility at Rackspace
- Import of daily/monthly CDR file
- Management of all exceptions, rejects and fixed reconciliation (commercial decisions to be referred to CP)
- Processing of emails and dispatch via web/email
