Union Street have developed a module that enables a bi-directional data exchange between aBILLity and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The product utilises web services and hence can be deployed when the Dynamics installation is both hosted or installed locally.
Prospect information can be stored and managed in CRM. At the point a lead/ opportunity is converted into a customer, there is a button in CRM that will create the appropriate record in aBILLity. The unique CRM ID for each account is stored in the aBILLity database.

Once an account is both in CRM and aBILLity, certain key data from aBILLity can be displayed (read only) in CRM which will be very useful in the ongoing account management of the customer base.
