Union Street moves for expansion and growth

Union Street Technologies Ltd, the leading supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs) has moved premises to manage the continued growth and expansion of the company. The company has relocated within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to a modern office building in Worple Way. The new building provides ample space, for current requirements and planned future expansion.

Founded in 1999 Union Street Technologies is the UK market leader in the supply of Billing and WLR3 solutions for CPs. 2009 has proved to be a highly successful year for the company with several landmark events culminating in the premises move.

In the June Union Street won the Comms Business award for Most Innovative Channel Product in the software application category. Union Street was also a finalist in the prestigious Comms National Awards achieving finalist status in the Enterprise Product of the Year category for its WLR3 portal solution.

In July the company became one of the first third-party integrators to offer communication providers a WLR3 solution that is ‘Business As Usual’ for all product types: Analogue, ISDN30 and ISDN2. Union Street also recently took its 100th order for WLR3 deployment

Commenting on the premises move, Tony Cook, managing director of Union Street said, "In contrast to our previous location, the new building has space for a dedicated customer training area and other facilities for training presentations. Crucially the new building means that we can expand staffing to increase both our development team and the customer support technical staff. We look forward to welcoming our growing customer base to our new home!"
