Union Street completes ISDN2 tests

5th Mar 2009

Union Street has completed live verification testing of ISDN2 on WLR3, meaning that the Union Street aBillity product has the full capability of WLR3 for analogue, ISDN2 and ISDN30.

The company implemented a new WLR3 server application to replace the original one, enabling it to upgrade customers as BT launches new releases of the EMP.

Saf Ghouri, Operations Manager, said: "The new platform has been stable since its introduction in September. It has ample scalability to cope with our expected growth over the next five years.

"We are also eagerly awaiting an official announcement from BT regarding the withdrawal of WLR2. This will also be a huge driver for change."
