Union Street adds on site Billing Managers to support team

Union Street Technologies Ltd, the leading supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs), has appointed two Billing Managers to provide onsite support for users of Union Street’s aBILLity billing platform.

 


Rob Bristow has over eight years experience in call billing having started with Oak Telecom in 2001 and rising to aBILLity Support Manager. Toni Nurse also has over eight years experience in call billing principally with the ATC Group, where she was Billing Manager using the aBILLity billing platform.

 

In their new roles Rob and Toni will provide on-site support for Union Street customers helping to resolve any operational issues and ensuring that CPs can exploit the full functionality and potential of the aBILLity platform. The two new Billing Managers will have a particular focus on assisting CPs to make a successful transition to WLR3 using Union Street’s award winning WLR3 Portal solution.

 

Commenting on the appointments, Tony Cook, Managing Director of Union Street said, “Support is becoming the key differentiator in the billing solutions market. Although use of the aBILLity platform is easy and intuitive, users require onsite help to reinforce the training we provide in their own working environment. With the withdrawal of WLR2 by Openreach our customers need the reaasurance of skilled support advisors onsite to assist them with issues traditionally resolved by Openreach. We believe that investing in high-quality support field staff such as Toni and Rob will pay dividends for our customers.”
