Accountabillity 1.4 Launch

Union Street is proud to announce the Launch of AccountAbillity 1.4. Following 3 months of successful field trials, the new software has now been released to Oak who are providing a controlled schedule of upgrading existing users.
Version 1.4 contains over 100 new features and improvements. It incorporates complete compatibility with our ServiceDesk 1.0 and Provisioning Manager Modules. The help functionality has also been improved to assist with user friendliness.
General Manager Jose Fernandez commented '1.4 shows Union Street's ongoing commitment to delivering the functionality our clients ever changing demands. We are particularly pleased with the improvements we have made to handling BT Wholesale Access which seems to be a key requirement at the moment'.
Version 1.4 will be shipped as standard from Sep 2004 and existing customers who qualify for free upgrade, will get the software in the near future.
