All Union Street applications are supplied with comprehensive help and troubleshooting files, designed to be relevant and provide simple resolutions to most issues encountered. Beyond this, first line tech support is provided by our customer service team and they can often resolve most difficulties with you over the phone.
All Union Street products have remote access and if a ‘first-time’ fix isn’t possible, our specialist support developer team certainly has the resources and expertise to resolve any complex issues, usually in a few hours.
In addition to the support features already available to Union Street customers, our Platinum support package offers one hour response to faults by a dedicated technical contact and free standard end user training courses.
The Union Street Diamond service further includes a dedicated software engineer providing two days of bespoke development per month and personal consultation from Steve Cresswell, Union Street’s Technical Director. Generous licensing options on a range of Union Street’s products are also included in the Diamond level service including unlimited aBILLity client licensing.
