Tony Cook (Managing Director)

With over 20 years experience in the industry Tony Cook, is well qualified to take Union Street forward. Tony was formerly the CEO and one of the founders of Telinet, which is a leading communication provider. After its formation in 1994, Telinet enjoyed excellent growth and was one of the early pioneers of wholesale line rental. This experience has proved invaluable to Union Street as it has helped to keep the product customer focused. Following the sale of Telinet in 2006, Tony is now able to focus full time on developing the Union Street business.

Steve Cresswell (Technical Director)

Steve Cresswell is one of the most respected software engineers in the telecoms industry. Before Union Street he was the Senior Developer at Seltek system for 13 years and previously with SDX Business Systems and Avaya. Steve wrote the SDX ACD Manager and Select 'SDX Premier' Voice Manager, two of the most successful products in the market at that time.
Steve has also worked on various CTI and IVR products.
Steve has a very much 'hands on' approach to development and although Union Street has several development teams, Steve is activity involved in all aspects of the product on a day to day basis.
Steve has been a pioneer in the world of WLR3 and is widely regarded as an expert in this area.
